1.2.1 Situations where you must authorize Tyveo to collect and use your personal information: Tyveo products and/or services include core business functions and additional functions, among which core functions include functions necessary for online shopping, functions necessary for improving our products and/or services, and functions necessary for ensuring transaction security. You first need to register a Tyveo account to become a user. When you register, you need to provide us with at least the account name, password, and your own mobile phone number (for verification of the mobile phone number) you are going to use. Tyveo will verify your identity by sending a text message verification code. Your Tyveo account name is your default nickname. You can modify and supplement your nickname, gender and other related information. This information belongs to your "Tyveo account information". The account information you supplement will help Tyveo provide you with a better shopping experience, but if you do not provide this supplementary information, it will not affect your basic Tyveo online shopping functions.

1.2.2.2 Tyveo features based on location information.

To help you quickly find the products you need, Tyveo may collect the device information (including device name, device model, device identification code, operating system and application version, language setting, resolution, service provider network ID (PLMN)) and browser type of your use of Tyveo products and/or services to provide you with the best way to display product information. In order to determine your Internet connection status, Tyveo needs to collect your WIFI information, and we will also use your personal information to continuously improve and optimize the above Tyveo functions.

You can also accurately find the products or services you need through Tyveo search. We will retain your search content to facilitate your repeated input or display products related to your search content for you. Please note that your search keyword information cannot identify you alone and does not belong to your personal information. 1.2.3 Functions necessary to improve Tyveo products and/or services

Tyveo may collect your order information and browsing information (you can choose in the account settings) for data analysis to form a user portrait. 1.2.4 Functions necessary to ensure Tyveo transaction security

1.3.1 To make your Tyveo shopping more convenient or more fun, thereby improving your shopping experience, Tyveo may collect and use your personal information in the following additional functions. If you do not provide this personal information, you can still shop online through Tyveo, but you may not be able to use these additional functions that can bring you shopping fun or you may need to fill in some information repeatedly when purchasing certain products. 1.3.2 The above additional Tyveo functions may require you to open your camera (camera), album (photo gallery) access rights to us in your device to enable the collection and use of information involved in these functions. You can view this in your device settings. Please note that by opening these permissions, you authorize Tyveo to collect and use these personal information to achieve the above functions. By closing permissions, you cancel these authorizations, and Tyveo will no longer continue to collect and use your personal information, and we will not be able to provide you with the above functions corresponding to these authorizations. 1.4 You are fully aware that Tyveo does not need to obtain your authorization and consent to collect and use personal information in the following circumstances:

1.4.3 Related to criminal investigation, prosecution, trial, and execution of judgments;

Situations where Tyveo obtains your personal information from a third party: Tyveo may obtain account information (avatar, nickname) that you authorize to share from a third party, and bind your third-party account to your Tyveo account after you agree to this privacy policy, so that you can log in directly through the third-party account and use Tyveo products and/or services. Tyveo will use your personal information in accordance with the agreement with the third party and after confirming the legitimacy of the source of personal information, subject to the relevant laws and regulations.
